For over ten years, I have devoted myself to designing and building gingerbread houses from scratch – a creative craft where tradition meets design. Here, you can see a selection of the unique houses I have created over the years.

Each year brings a new masterpiece, on which I spend 50–70 hours over the course of one to two weeks. Everything is handmade: I design the templates myself from scratch, cut out each piece by hand, and build using ordinary kitchen tools like rolling pins, dough scrapers, and knives – but above all, with a lot of patience and passion.

Every single detail is crafted with care, without shortcuts, so that each house gains its own soul and becomes part of a long tradition of creative building.
